The muffins were rice flour with chocolate chips and plain spelt flour, both without cow products. We have since discovered an absolutely yummier version of the spelt that we will share when next we eat! On the topic of poetry: I absolutely loved the poems written just for me and the gifts Mom presented. I, however, am blushing while writing about not sharing the poem. I will simply say that the poem indicated where not to place two round kneepads on my body. :-[ On the topic of gifts: I made 200 rounds of 38 special for Dad and the socks were a wool/acrylic blend so he could pop them in the washing machine.
